3. Screen Print + Digital Print in One Machine The printer integrates screen printing and 3D high-definition digital printing in a single unit. 6. No Plate-Making Required — Same-Day Sampling The plate-making process is fully eliminated, including color separation for white base layers. Small batches of 50–300 pieces and urgent sample orders can be turned around the same day, reducing labor costs, shortening order confirmation cycles, and improving customer satisfaction.
7. Multi-Material & Multi-Process Compatibility Compatible with water-based paste, glue paste, ink, and thick plate paste. The digital printing unit can also be combined with traditional techniques including hot stamping, foaming, and electrostatic flocking — adding 3D texture, velvet touch, and metallic finishes to printed products for differentiated, high-value output.
